ANW MARK / LEGAL

Terms & Conditions.

Clear expectations. Transparent collaboration. Please review the terms governing your use of our website, digital solutions and professional services.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to anwmark.in and the services offered by ANW Mark Web Solutions ("ANW Mark", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or purchasing services, you agree to the applicable terms described here. Project-specific proposals, agreements and checkout disclosures may provide additional terms.

01. Introduction & Acceptance

ANW Mark Web Solutions is a digital technology and creative services provider operating from Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective clients, customers and other users of our services. By accessing our website, submitting an order or engaging us for a project, you acknowledge these Terms to the extent applicable to that interaction.

Where a separate written project agreement contains terms that conflict with these general Terms, the specifically agreed project terms will take precedence for that project, subject to applicable law.

02. Our Services

ANW Mark provides a range of digital and creative services, which may include:

  • Website design and development.
  • Web applications and mobile applications.
  • E-commerce and marketplace solutions.
  • AI integration and business automation.
  • UI/UX design and digital product development.
  • Graphic design, branding and creative production.
  • Video editing and 2D/3D animation.
  • Search engine optimisation and digital marketing.
  • Domain, hosting, maintenance and related support.

Service availability, features, technologies, integrations and delivery arrangements depend on the selected package or agreed project scope. Not every feature shown in promotional materials is included in every package.

03. Project Quotations & Scope of Work

Project quotations and proposals are based on the requirements, deliverables and assumptions communicated at the time of estimation.

Before a project begins, the applicable proposal, order summary or agreement should identify the services, deliverables, estimated timelines, pricing and any material exclusions.

Unless explicitly included, additional integrations, advanced functionality, third-party subscriptions, ongoing maintenance, advertising expenditure and future enhancements may require separate charges.

We may revise a quotation if the client changes requirements or if previously undisclosed technical requirements materially affect the work. Any revised charges should be communicated for approval before additional paid work proceeds.

04. Pricing & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ANW Mark follows the payment structure below for service projects:

Projects Below ₹5,000

Projects priced below ₹5,000 require 100% payment in advance before work begins.

Projects Priced at ₹5,000 or Above

Projects priced at ₹5,000 or above generally require 50% advance payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% payable before final delivery, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

Online Orders & Payment Processing

Online orders may be processed through WooCommerce and supported payment providers. Available payment methods and any deposit arrangements will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Prices, taxes, third-party charges and payment schedules are governed by the applicable quotation, invoice or checkout summary. Taxes or additional charges, where applicable, should be disclosed before payment.

Important: Payment of an advance confirms the agreed commercial commitment but does not by itself expand the approved project scope. Refunds and cancellations are addressed separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate requirements and cooperate reasonably throughout the project.

  • Provide necessary content, images, branding assets and instructions.
  • Supply required access to domains, hosting or other authorised systems.
  • Review submitted work and provide feedback within agreed periods.
  • Ensure materials supplied to us may lawfully be used for the project.
  • Obtain necessary licences, permissions and business approvals.
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Delays in receiving essential content, access, approvals or feedback may affect the project timeline. Any revised delivery expectations should be communicated between the parties.

06. Revisions & Change Requests

The number and nature of revisions included in a project depend on the selected package or written agreement.

Revisions generally relate to adjustments within the originally approved scope. New features, substantial redesigns, additional pages, integrations or changes to approved requirements may be treated as separate change requests.

Where additional work involves extra costs or timeline changes, we will communicate the proposed adjustment and seek approval before proceeding.

07. Project Delivery & Timelines

Estimated timelines are based on the agreed project scope, technical complexity, client cooperation and availability of required resources.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding milestones in a written agreement.

Final delivery may include deployment, transfer of agreed files, access credentials or other deliverables specified in the project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, final handover occurs after the applicable outstanding payment has been received. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Post-delivery support, maintenance, hosting renewal and future modifications are provided only to the extent included in the agreed service or support plan.

08. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables depend on the written agreement and the nature of the work supplied.

Upon receipt of all agreed payments, the client receives the rights to final deliverables expressly specified in the project agreement.

Unless separately agreed, ANW Mark and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable components, development frameworks, internal methods, templates and proprietary technology.

Open-source software, stock assets, fonts, plugins, APIs and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Clients retain their existing rights in materials they lawfully provide to us. ANW Mark will not claim ownership of those original client materials merely because they are used in a project.

Use of a completed project in our portfolio or promotional materials will be subject to applicable confidentiality obligations and any agreed restrictions.

09. Third-Party Services & Licences

Certain projects may require services supplied by third parties, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, cloud platforms, APIs, analytics tools and software licences.

Unless expressly included in a package, third-party subscriptions, usage charges, renewal fees and related costs may be payable separately by the client.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms, policies and technical conditions. ANW Mark does not control their independent services or decisions.

We will communicate known dependencies that materially affect the agreed project scope or operation.

10. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide services with reasonable skill, care and professionalism, consistent with the agreed scope.

However, digital products may depend on changing technologies, third-party services, internet connectivity and client-managed infrastructure.

Unless expressly agreed, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, advertising returns, revenue increases or particular commercial results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for claims relating to our services will be assessed with reference to the applicable agreement, the nature of the loss and the parties' legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

11. Cancellation & Termination

A client may request cancellation of a project by contacting ANW Mark through the official communication channels.

The financial treatment of a cancellation depends on the stage of work, services already performed, committed third-party costs, the agreed contract and applicable law.

Where appropriate, we will review completed work and applicable charges before determining any eligible refund or outstanding amount.

We may suspend or terminate services in circumstances such as material non-payment, unlawful requests, serious misuse or substantial contractual breach, subject to applicable agreements and legal obligations.

Further details will be provided in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Acceptable Website Use

Visitors and customers must not use our website or services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

  • Do not attempt unauthorised access to website systems.
  • Do not introduce malware or intentionally disrupt services.
  • Do not submit fraudulent payment or identity information.
  • Do not misuse our intellectual property or brand assets.
  • Do not request services intended to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

We may take proportionate steps to protect our website, customers, infrastructure and lawful interests.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection and other legal requirements.

If a dispute arises, we encourage customers to contact us first so that both parties can attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

Any formal dispute resolution or court proceedings will be subject to the applicable agreement and the jurisdiction rules established by law. Nothing here prevents a customer from exercising mandatory statutory remedies.

14. Changes to These Terms

ANW Mark may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technologies or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes will not automatically override existing individually agreed project terms unless lawfully agreed or otherwise permitted.
